METHODOLOGY
In recruitment, we make use of the Direct Search method: we reach our candidates directly. We prepare longlists and shortlists for our Clients. We apply competency interviews, Assessment Centres and psychological tests and also verify our candidates’ references.

We have been awarded a Certificate with Honours by Polish HR Forum to conduct recruitment processes. Receiving the Certificate required a successful outcome of the analysis of our methodology of work, own case studies and work ethics. The certificates are awarded to only several people a year.
