Since 2017, Hanna has been conducting recruitment processes for high- and middle-level positions as well as coordinating and running outplacement and career management programmes under the new Right Career brand. She has also been responsible for strategic advisory projects for Clients in the following areas: employer branding, personal branding, change management and communication as well as the management of stress and crisis in a professional career.
In her career, Hanna has delivered several hundreds of recruitment projects and has guided thousands of people through a process of career change.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Hanna has 15 years of experience of working for HR companies. At Egon Zehnder, a global leader in recruitment for high-level positions, she was cooperating with the managing partner Marta Kowalska-Marrodan in recruitment processes for the highest positions and managerial staff assessment for 5 years. Marta Kowalska-Marrodan has been her mentor and an example to follow in recruitment, its quality and business knowledge till this day.

Hanna made use of her approach to recruitment based on quality when she joined ManpowerGroup, where she stayed for 10 years.

At the beginning, she was a coordinator responsible for the introduction of the Manpower Professional brand to Poland in 2008. In her first year at ManpowerGroup, she was awarded the Professional Consultant of the Year. She managed a department that she created herself, which was responsible for recruitment of highest-level personnel and conducted recruitment processes all over Poland. She successfully delivered managerial staff recruitment projects and coordinated recruitment processes for greenfield investments providing factories and organisations launching their business operations in Poland with the best managers in the country. In her projects, she has always been a trusted advisor for her Clients.

In 2012, she received a certificate of Recruitment Consultant from Polish HR Forum, where she passed an examination in front of a committee of recruitment experts.

In the same year, she was responsible for the introduction of outplacement and career management programmes of the Right Management brand, which belongs to ManpowerGroup, and which was successfully developed by Hanna until June 2017. In 2014, she received a quarterly Northern Star award for innovation in her outplacement programmes, results and the growth of the service in the Polish market.

For the past few years, Hanna has been a lecturer at Kozminski University, where she gives lectures on outplacement (career counselling), and at Warsaw School of Economics.

EDUCATION

Hanna has graduated from Warsaw School of Economics’ department of Finance and Banking and Kozminsky University’s postgraduate in-company human resources management studies. She has also graduated from SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities’ postgraduate studies, where she majored in Employee Assessment and Development.

In 2012, Hanna was awarded a certificate of Polish HR Forum as a Recruitment Consultant and an outplacement accreditation. She has also participated in trainings on crisis management coaching.

MEDIA

Hanna has given multiple interviews in the press and on television concerning the job market, recruitment and professional career development. She has spoken to Wprost, Puls Biznesu, Gazeta Finansowa and Gazeta Wyborcza and appeared on TVN Biznes, Polsat and TVP as an expert on the job market.

She has been a speaker at various conferences, such as “Woman in the Law” at Jagiellonian University.

Zuzanna is one of the pioneers of psychotherapy in Poland. She is an exceptional therapist, a coach, an author of 8 books (published in Poland and abroad) on social, family and marital issues as well as an expert in various television and radio programmes. She conducts meetings, gives lectures and trainings, runs a psychotherapy practice, helps others improve their self-esteem and guides them through difficult moments in their life, also after they have lost their jobs.

She has been cooperating with Right Career supporting participants in outplacement, career change and career crisis management programmes.

For the past 20 years, Zuzanna has been conducting seminars for companies in the scope of so-called soft trainings, e.g.: communication, assertiveness and emotional intelligence. She has cooperated with, i.a.: Centrum Promocji Kadr, Studium Wiedzy Menedżera, PLL LOT, Cargo LOT, Zetom, Stowarzyszenie Radców Prawnych, KDK info, Fundacja „Nadzieja” as well as many insurance companies. For the companies and organisation mentioned above, she has conducted trainings on stress, assertiveness, communication, motivational processes, emotional intelligence, building relationships and many others. For many years, she was a trainer at International Forum for Women, where she implemented her own programme called “Weekend for yourself”. She has also conducted interpersonal trainings in Poland as well as, for many years, for psychologists in Russia.

EDUCATION

Zuzanna is a Warsaw University graduate. She has finished postgraduate philosophy and ethics studies at Warsaw University’s philosophy department as well as a two-level Neurolinguistic Programming course and has been awarded an American certificate (Master) which authorises her to use the method in her therapeutic work. Zuzanna has also studied Chinese medicine. She has graduated from gender studies at Warsaw University, where she also worked as a lecturer. She is often invited to give lectures and conduct workshops at Universities of the Third Age.

She has been cooperating with various magazines for many years, e.g. for 11 years with “Zwierciadło”, as well as medical periodicals. She has been a regular contributor to radio (Channel 1 and Channel 3 of Polskie Radio) and television programmes. At the moment, you can listen to Zuzanna on Radio Kampus or see her on TV.

Passionate about people and the development of their potential. In her view, in our private and professional lives we pay too much attention to the weaknesses whose elimination takes too much effort in comparison to what we can gain from the final outcome. Especially, when such weaknesses result from our natural or biological features. The real potential can be found through awareness of our own talents and focusing on their development.

Lidia has 15-year experience of working in corporations, including 10 years of working in international structures, hence her in-depth knowledge of how work in such organisations looks like, especially on high- and middle-level positions. EDUCATION

Lidia has graduated from the Economy department of Lazarski University and postgraduate public relations studies at Warsaw University. She has been awarded a Golden Badge of Postgraduate Public Relations Studies for her results and a high level of her dissertation (Communication Strategy).

Michał has been supporting Right Career in the area of trainings on personal image, diction and voice projection. He also conducts events at our Clients’.

He regularly cooperates with Teatr Polskiego Radia, Radio Zet, TVN and a dubbing studio. He is an actor at Och-Teatr in Warsaw, where he can be seen in such performances as “Chamlet – Monolog Parodysty”, “Maria Callas. Master Class” and “Dobry Wojak Szwejk idzie na wojnę”.

Michał is an excellent impersonator, whose talent could be admired during “Szymon Majewski Show”, where he impersonated famous politicians, e.g.: Donald Tusk, Bronisław Komorowski or Lech Walęsa, and also artists like Daniel Olbrychski, Michał Żebrowski, Colin Farrell or Michał Szpak.

Michał has played in tens of films and theatrical performances and lent his voice to many animated characters in such productions as “Flinstonowie”, “Bystry Bill”, “Rio2”, “Muppety” and “Muppety: Poza prawem”. What is interesting to mention is that he is the official voice of Kermit and Miss Piggy in Poland.

EDUCATION

Michał has graduated from National Higher School of Theatre in Warsaw. Between 2000 and 2003, he was an assistant in the Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw.
