In October, Right Career conducted workshops for managers based on the prestigious international Gallup Institute’s test called Strengthfinder, which identifies talents (strengths). The test is recognised and valued by key organisations around the world. The workshop was conducted by Lidka Brzezińska, who is an international coach and an enthusiast of this particular tool.
